Would you like to work in a modern hotel near Schiphol Airport and are you looking for a job with flexible working hours? Jaquet Schoonmaakdiensten is looking for enthusiastic cleaning staff to join our team at The Florian Hotel.

The hotel experiences both busy and quiet periods. That is why we are looking for flexible employees who are willing to work additional hours during busy periods and fewer hours during quieter periods. During quieter weeks, you may work only 1–2 days, depending on the hotel's occupancy and schedule. The number of working hours may therefore vary from week to week.

What We Offer

• Starting wage from €15.52 gross per hour, depending on age and experience
• 8% holiday allowance
• 26 days of annual leave, in accordance with the applicable employment conditions
• 250% pay on public holidays, in accordance with the applicable arrangements
• Flexible working hours by mutual agreement
• Weekday shifts: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Weekend shifts: approximately 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
• A contract with Jaquet Schoonmaakdiensten, with the prospect of a permanent position

Your Responsibilities

As a cleaning staff member, you will help ensure that hotel guests enjoy a clean, fresh and comfortable stay.

Your duties will include:

• Cleaning hotel rooms and other areas
• Making beds and changing bed linen
• Cleaning bathrooms and sanitary facilities
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Restocking cleaning trolleys and keeping linen rooms organised

You will work independently or alongside colleagues as part of a friendly and professional team.

Who Are We Looking For?

• You are flexible and willing to work additional hours during busy periods.
• You understand that working hours may be reduced during quieter periods.
• You are available on different days, including weekends and, when required, public holidays.
• You work accurately and pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
• You can work independently and enjoy working as part of a team.
• You have a valid work permit for the Netherlands, if required.

Previous cleaning experience is an advantage, but motivation and a positive attitude are just as important.
